These networks are a chance to discuss the needs of your group, identify where support can be given, explore ways to strengthen your voluntary and community groups operations.

Topics can include supporting volunteers appropriately, running an effective management committee, planning future developments, identifying appropriate policies and procedures, but will also explore the development of sustainable funding plans, income generation with regards to the increasing competition for and diminishing sources of public funding.

We will touch on all the topics in an informal environment, with a chance to network further over refreshments/lunch, provided for free.
